OUR ORDERING/SHIPPING/RETURN/REFUND POLICIES

Our ordering/shipping/return/refund policies are very simple. Please take note of the following:

Our Prices are competitive, but we reserve the right to change prices as the market dictates without any prior notice.

Availability of parts:  We try to get our stock up to date so as to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and as much as available. Should we be out of any part, we will list as backorder while to make all possible effort to replenish our stock and fulfil the shipment.

We will make every possible effort to notify you of the state and status of your order be it as it may.

Should you be in doubt of availability of any part, please call to confirm prior to placing the order on our website.

We will refund you for backordered part only when we are certain such part has become obsolete. Again, we will communicate such decision to you.

Shipments:  We offer (FEDEX) Fedex Next Day, 2  Day Air, 3 day Select, (UPS) Next day, 2 day and 3 day and (USPS) Priority Mail shipping services to our customers.

Any express or expedited shipment must be received in our office by 1:30pm PST if the order must leave same day, otherwise it will be processed the next business day.

PAYMENT: For online/website payment of your orders, we accept PAYPAL (via email ID),VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We also accept Wire transfers or direct payments, (But you will have to call ahead for our Banking detail after the order and amount is confirmed).

At the moment, we do not do any COD transactions.

Please send your Fax order at your convenient time to (951)-407-9073 OR 951-338-8072 . Be sure to include your telephone number, credit card number, expiration date, and validation code as well as part numbers and descriptions.

Returned/Refused Orders/Shipments: If you are returning any order you ordered and we shipped correctly, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, and a re-stock fee of minimum 15% as handling fee on all refunded shipments.

Parts returned that is not defective or damaged or for no fault of ours, is subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. The restock and handling charges for parts purchased as “used and or refurbished” is 20%.

We do not accept any returns on Special or specialized Items requested by customers. Also be informed that WE MAY INSIST ON CHECK PAYMENT FOR SUCH ORDERS/ITEMS..

If your part/item is Damaged or Missing during shipping, we expect you to notify us immediately or at most within 48 hours of receiving your parts/items.

We will do our best to see that you are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

We stand by our products and Guaranty them against defects and materials, However our liability is limited to replacing the parts/items at no extra cost to the customers. 

We do not take responsibility for parts damaged during installation or as a result of wrongly installed parts.

REBUILD PARTS: In most cases, we will rebuild your parts if you send them to us. In such case we will not charge you CORE FEES. But where we sell you the rebuild parts we have in stock, We will charge you CORE FEES which will be refundable if you send the CORE back to us in rebuildable condition.
